PetDesk provides a convenient place for you to review all your pet's reminder and prescription history. Reference on the go and share with your providers as needed.
Access your pet's reminder records in the PetDesk app:
- Tap Pets, found along the bottom banner and choose the pet profile you need to review
- Tap the Reminder Records section
View what health services your pet may need, or check when they'll be due. Tap the icon to the right to take make an appointment with your provider.

You can easily send this information via email by tapping the circular icon with an arrow located on the lower right.
Can I edit my pet's records?
Changes cannot be initiated manually by the mobile app user. Records are created and updated on your provider's end, within their practice management software. Once you've contacted and had the PetDesk partnered provider update this info, it will then update your profile within 24-48 hours and be visible in the app.
Ensure your clinic has the same email address on file as the email you're using to access the PetDesk app. If changes were needed, allow 24-48 hours to see this reflected in the app. If you do not see a particular record that you feel should be displayed, we advise you to contact your clinic directly for assistance. Our PetDesk app would need that record on file at the clinic to sync into your profile.
