There's one thing more important than anything else to make sure you're getting all your provider's notifications, and that is the seamless syncing to your app of the records your clinic has on file for you. Always update your clinic with your latest contact info - email, phone, and address to ensure a seamless sync.
In your PetDesk mobile app:
- On the top banner, tap the settings/gear icon
- Tap on the box located at the top of the screen (lists your name, email, number)
- Tap your info and edit as needed > tap the “Update” or “Save” button
Success! You've updated your info in the app. Please also let your provider know to ensure a seamless sync.
