Updating or Removing My Name, Email, or Number Listed in the App

There's one thing more important than anything else to ensure you're receiving all your provider's notifications: the seamless syncing of the records your clinic has on file for you to your app. To guarantee a seamless sync, update your clinic with your latest contact information - email, phone, and address. 

 

In your PetDesk mobile app: 

  1. On the top banner, tap the settings/gear icon
  2. Tap on the box located at the top of the screen (lists your name, email, number)
  3. Tap your info and edit as needed > tap the "Update" or "Save" button

Success! You've updated your info in the app. Please also let your provider know to ensure a seamless sync.
