There's one thing more important than anything else to make sure you're getting all your provider's notifications, and there's seamless sync down to your app of the records they have on file for you. Always update your clinic with your latest contact info - email, phone, and address.
- Open the PetDesk mobile app on your device
- On the upper left, tap the settings icon
- Tap on the box located at the top of the screen (lists your name, email, number)
- Tap your info and edit as needed
- Tap the “Update” or “Save” button
Success! You've updated your info in the app. Please also let your provider know.
