The PetDesk Dashboard helps keep you up-to-date on the latest important events via Desktop Notifications. This notification feature will display pertinent items and help keep you on track during the day.
Usually, initiating this feature is as simple as seeing and clicking on the green Enable Desktop Notifications in the screen's upper right. If you're having issues with this feature, view this article.
Requirement: Please ensure you're accessing the PetDesk Dashboard in a Google Chrome Browser.
What does a notification look like?
When working correctly, the notification appears as a white box on the bottom right of your screen. It will display letting you know an item needs your attention (e.g., client request created, cancelled, response to an alternate time).
When will it actually appear?
You must be logged into the PetDesk Dashboard and either actively viewing a non-Needs Attention tab, or the dashboard minimized out of view.
When do the Desktop Notifications disappear?
Notifications disappear when you click on the "x" on the top right of the notification.
