Requesting Medication or Refills

Ordering your pet their medications should be quick and easy. The PetDesk app has got you covered! With a few taps, you can request prescriptions and refills. 

If you'd like to refill a prescription that your PetDesk-partnered provider has successfully filled in the past, skip ahead to the next section. Otherwise, follow these steps: 

    

  1. Tap Providers along the bottom banner of the app and locate the correct provider card
  2. On the card, tap the Request Appt/Services
  3. Tap the image of the pet you would like to schedule for (or their name [first letter] if no photo has been added)
  4. Tap Select Reason and then the appropriate option
  5. Tap Done on the upper right of the screen
  6. Enter your medication name, details, and quantity needed in the appropriate fields
  7. Tap Submit on the upper right to send your request to your provider

Some providers might also have an Online Pharmacy link on their provider card that you can access.

Request a refill:

  1. Tap Pet along the bottom banner and locate the correct pet profile
  2. Tap the Prescriptions section
  3. Click' Request Refill' next to the prescription you want to request; this will take you to a pre-filled window.
  4. Confirm the Rx by hitting Submit in the upper right
