Since everything is integrated into the PetDesk Dashboard, our Virtual Care tools allow you to create lasting relationships without introducing another tool to check. This creates an easy experience for the client and a seamless process that won’t over-complicate your front desk. This said, there may be some fine-tuning needed upfront to grant your browser permissions to its features.

For providers who may need to adjust their settings on their browser:
- Open your Chrome browser and click the three stacked dots on the upper right
- Select Settings > Privacy and security > Site Settings
- Select Camera (or Microphone)
- Select the website and remove an existing exception or permission (to the right of the site by clicking the trash can)
