Seeing the “Out Of Sync” indicator on the upper right of your PetDesk Dashboard?
This indicates PetDesk is not currently receiving a nightly sync from your Practice Management System (PIMS). Without an up-to-date sync, we may not have the most accurate data for reminders, appointments, or client/patient details.
To correct this, reach out directly to our sync integrations partner, Covetrus Connect. Collaborate on how to resolve the cause of the sync issue. Otherwise, follow your location's IT practices for out-of-sync scenarios.
Covetrus Connect is a safe and secure software partner that allows your PIMS data to sync with PetDesk. Working directly with them is the fastest and easiest way to resolve your "out of sync" alert. No further action is needed after reaching out to Covetrus Connect. Once they have reconnected your PetDesk sync, your data will automatically update with the next overnight sync process. If it is the following day and you are still noticing outdated data in PetDesk, please contact PetDesk Support directly so we can assist further.
