Each PetDesk provider has a custom setup for transactions that qualify for points, the number of points accrued per transaction, point expiration (if any), etc.
Reach out to your provider directly if you have questions on their particular program or have a request to extend your expiration. If you suspect there to be an unintended issue with your points not showing up, please see this article.
