Can I Extend the Expiration on My Points?

Uh oh, your loyalty points are about to take a catnap? We understand how fur-ustrating it can be when points are about to expire! Each PetDesk provider has a custom setup for their loyalty program, including point expiration.

What to know about point expiration

• Expiration dates on points already earned cannot be extended.
  
  • Contact your provider directly if you have questions about their specific program and expiration.
• The time it takes for loyalty points to expire varies from clinic to clinic
  
  • Expiration is not set by PetDesk
• If you suspect an unintended issue with your points not showing up, please check how to view your loyalty points history in the app.

What should I do with expiring points?

• Check your current points balance and expiration dates in the PetDesk app
• Redeem your rewards before they expire (if you have enough points!)
• Consider scheduling your pet's next visit soon to use your rewards

This is only applicable to pet parents whose clinic is enrolled in the Loyalty program. This does not apply to clinics in Canada.
