Changing PetDesk Mobile App Password

If you're already logged in or know your current password, follow the short five-step instructions below to change your password.

If you forgot your password and cannot access the app, view this article.
Neither you nor PetDesk Product Support can view your current password. 

1. On the top banner, tap the settings icon
2. Tap the top banner area with your name and contact information
3. Tap Change Password near the bottom of the screen
4. Enter your new password into both spaces provided
5. Tap Save at the bottom of the screen, and you're all set!

Password Requirements:

• • • Minimum of 8 characters | Maximum of 32 characters
    • Contains at least one:
      • capitalized character
      • lower-case character
      • numeric character
      • symbol (ex: @, #, $, %, etc.)
