Viewing or rebooking an appointment

From your app, you can review the status of your upcoming appointments. Want to rebook the same type of appointment that you've had previously? We've got you covered with a 'rebook' option!

View pending requests and scheduled appointments:

1. Along the bottom of the screen, tap Appointments
       a. Appointment Confirmed means the clinic has scheduled your appointment
       b. Pending Approval means the clinic received your request but has yet to schedule it or confirm with you just yet
   

Want to rebook?
Visit the "Appointment History" section following these steps:

1. Tap the settings/gear symbol on the top banner
2. Tap the Appointment History tab
3. Tap the Rebook button on any appointment to easily re-request the same kind of appointment with the same provider
