Viewing or Removing App Messages

You'll receive in-app messages from your provider regarding appointments and health service reminders, and we'll store these for you. When you no longer need to reference and would like to declutter your Messages, follow the quick steps below. 

View a message:

1. Tap the envelope icon on the top right of your app screen
2. Locate and tap the message you want to view
   
   

Remove a message:

1. Follow the above steps
2. Depending on your device:
   a. iPhone: swipe left to see the option to remove the message
   b. Android: press and hold the message, then press "I'd like to delete" to see the deletion confirmation
