Reporting From PetDesk Forms

Analyze and track the completion rate of your forms with the built-in reporting features in the PetDesk Forms Dashboard. Utilize this section to identify form areas you can optimize to improve client engagement.

Start by choosing REPORT in the upper right corner of your PetDesk Forms Dashboard:

Next, select one of your created forms by clicking Select A Form and choosing from the dropdown:

 

This generates a report on how clients respond to the selected form, based on how many clients have completed it, partially completed it, or abandoned it and never finished. This is tracked by the "Completion Rate" circle chart. The remaining charts show how often clients selected specific responses when filling out the form.

Click on the round gear icon at the top of the report and select "Show 0% items" to easily see the related statistics and answers that have yet to be selected.

 

The report's date range can also be modified to investigate usage or review historical performance. Modify the date range by clicking the date in the report's upper-right corner.
