Using the Monthly Postcards Report

Your Monthly Postcards Report shows a monthly list of each client targeted for a Health Service Reminder via Postcard and the date of that postcard send. 

How to use:

• Update the dropdown to the month of your choice
• Or use the search bar to look up specific clients by name, ID, or reminder sent date.
• Click the Export List link at the top right to download this data in a CSV file.

This report becomes accessible after the first month of postcard service has been completed.
