DEFINITIONS |
Collecting Client Contact Info
- Track how your clinic collects digital contact information from new and existing clients
- The goal is to have an equal or greater amount of new emails and cell phone numbers collected than new clients added
- Tip: Use the Today tab to identify clients with missing or invalid emails or cell numbers and update their records in your PIMS. If your client does not have the mobile app, adding an email ensures they receive an email with download instructions!
|
Appointment Growth & Efficiency
- Track appointment rate - ideally, you are booking more appointments now compared to last year
- The goal is to see the total number of no-show decrease or stay consistently low
- Appointments are counted regardless of total transaction amount
|
Client Growth
- Ensure you are bringing in more new clients and consistently recovering lost clients. High numbers of lapsed clients mean your patients aren't getting their care needs met
- The goal is to have the blue and green bars above the red line - bars below the red line are an indicator of declining business intake
- Lost clients in this report are defined as not having an appointment in 18 months
|
Monthly Data
- No Shows are appointments marked with a "No Show" status in your PIMS schedule
- Calculated No Shows are appointments from your PIMS schedule with any status, but no corresponding transaction
-
Current Client Change represents active clients vs. new clients
- Calculated by taking previous month's total of active clients, subtracted by inactive clients, plus number of new clients
|
Annual Report Card
- Compare where your clinic compares to other PetDesk-partnered providers
- Just like in school - the higher the grade, the better!
|
Annual Data
-
This chart contains data from your PIMS compiled from the last two years
- Metrics with the value of "N/A" could have an overall effect on trends since this chart looks at the past two years
-
The "Good" or "Bad" trend comes from how data changed over time
- If Recovered Clients in a Year is higher in 2022 than 2021, this will count as a "Good" trend
|
What if data is missing for a certain month?
-
Potential causes for this:
- Older data before your clinic started with PetDesk is unavailable
- An issue with your server or your PIMS occurred (ex. offline for a month)
-
Management Report didn't run as expected for that specific month (Contact Support for help!)
