Use the PetDesk Reminder History Report to see who received a Health Service Reminder week by week or to spot-check a specific client's reminders. The Reminder History has the visibility you need!
From the PetDesk Communications dashboard:
- Use the dropdown to view past weeks up to 6 months ago
- Click the Export List link at the top right to download data in a CSV file
Concerned about sending too many postcards? You may notice multiple reminders listed with the same due date. PetDesk has you covered and looks forward and back through a patient's health services and will only send one postcard reminder per ~30 days. Services with similar due dates will be grouped together into one postcard!
If your clinic does not record patient's health services in your practice management system (PIMS) or does not schedule appointments in your PIMS, this report will not be available.
