As you onboard or switch to ezyVet Practice Management System (PIMS) we'll need some vital information from you. When prompted, we'll need you to complete a quick task in your ezyVet PIMS. Then we're ready to start onboarding!

When given the go-ahead from your PetDesk rep, follow the below steps in your ezyVet PIMS settings to find the necessary information to initiate a data sync.
In ezyVet, under your admin login:
- Click the Admin tab
- Use the left drop-down > Integration
- In the Integration search box to the right, type and select, "API Partner"
- From the Partner drop-down, select PetDesk > Save
- Underneath "Scopes" > Select All > Save

OR: Here is the list of the scopes you have to check at minimum for PetDesk to sync properly:

Click "Download Credentials"
