Some PetDesk Pay clinics have physical payment terminals at their locations in order to take payment. Below are steps to complete common configurations and settings. As always, reach out to PetDesk Product Support for any questions or assistance with technical issues.
Setting Date/Time on Terminals
To avoid any processing issues, it's important to ensure the date and time are correct on your PetDesk Pay terminal. Follow the steps below to ensure the accuracy of these settings.
- Navigate to terminal home screen
- Select the Settings application
- Click the three lines at the top right of the screen
- Scroll down to the System section
- Select Date & Time
- Click on Set Date to update the date
- Click on Set Time to update the time
It's highly recommended to turn on the Automatic Time Zone and Date/Time toggles at the top of the Date & Time screen. This will help ensure accuracy throughout the year.
Connecting the terminal to Wi-Fi
- Navigate to terminal home screen
- Select the Settings application
- Select WLAN
- Select your Wi-Fi network to connect
- If prompted, enter your network password (click Show Password to see the characters)
TIP: The Wi-Fi icon on the terminal will blink when not connected. When connected successfully to your Wi-Fi network, the Wi-Fi icon will remain static.
Reprinting Receipts
- From the idle prompt, tap the STAR icon to access the Favorites menu
- Tap Reprint Receipt
- If prompted, enter in Manager Password: 1234

- Last (last transaction made)
- By Transaction #
- By Card Number
- Follow prompts and transaction receipt will print
