This feature is currently only available and compatible with AVImark
There is no change to the way your clients request appointments with the PetDesk app. However, you can schedule, modify, and cancel appointments directly in PetDesk and have the appointments update in your AVImark in real time!

Tips:
- Integrated Scheduling will not allow you to double book. Please reference your AVImark calendar prior to scheduling in PetDesk to ensure there are no calendar blocks.
- Default appointment durations are 30 minutes.
- New clients and/or new patients will be created in AVImark if the client or patient information in PetDesk does not match any records in AVImark.
- If a client cancels an appointment, staff will still need to delete the appointment in PetDesk (via the red trash can) to remove it from your AVImark calendar.
- Provider Notes (anything manually typed in when scheduling in PetDesk) will appear in the appointment notes in AVImark, and can be modified/removed in AVImark as needed.
- When confirming an appointment request in the PetDesk Dashboard, a Schedule Column must be selected on the appointment request; if left to (Not Assigned) the appointment will push into the "unassigned" column in AVImark
