Failure to register your number will result in disruption to your texting service after 8/31.

Why PetDesk Needs This?
Text message carriers require businesses to register their 10-digit phone #s to verify messages are legitimate/not spam.
What If Your Business Is Not Yet Approved?
The 8/31 deadline is enforced by our service provider, Twilio, for completing your A2P 10DLC registration. Due to a nationwide surge in applications, timelines are increasing, and some customers may not get approved by the deadline. If your registration is unapproved, outbound Two-Way Text messages will be blocked until approval is complete.

- You can also contact IRS, Business & Specialty Tax Line for your EIN: 800-829-4933.
- Review your CP 575 / 147c forms for your Legal Company Name/EIN
- Do not use Legal Company Name found on W2/W9 forms; may differ from what is on your recent CP 575
- Regarding B-9 only provide 9 digits (may be in front of "RT001", which is unneeded).
- BN-9 is listed on Business Number web page of the Government of Canada’s webpage
- Contact your company's accountant or financing office and ask for assistance on the info needed
