PetDesk must register phone numbers for all Two-Way Texting customers, but we need critical information from you that can be found on your business' tax forms.
Failure to register your number will result in disruption to your texting service.
- US customers: Employer Identification Number (EIN)
-
Canadian customers: B-9

Why PetDesk Needs This?
Text message carriers require businesses to register their 10-digit phone #s to verify messages are legitimate/not spam.
What If Your Business Is Not Yet Approved?
Completing your A2P 10DLC registration is strictly enforced by our service provider, Twilio. If you have not completed registration or it is unapproved, outbound Two-Way Text messages will be blocked until approval is complete.
