Want to set up auto-pay and save yourself some administrative headache? You can do that from your PetDesk Billing Portal.
Prior to auto-pay enrollment, you must have a payment method set as your default payment.
From the PetDesk Billing Portal, activate auto-pay by following these steps:
- Click Payments on the top banner
- Click Manage Autopay in the subtab
- Mark the Enroll in Auto-Pay option button
You’re all set for auto-payment going forward.
If you'd like to disable your automatic payments, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if you qualify. At this time, monthly customers are not eligible for manual payments.
