If you need to make a payment, you can do so without picking up the phone! Use the PetDesk billing portal to update payment methods, make payments, and view invoices and credits, all in one convenient portal.
Paying an Invoice
To pay your most recent invoice, navigate to the Invoices panel on the PetDesk Billing Portal:
- Click the green Pay Invoice button.
On the pop-up screen, you can process your payment and Use Available Credits.
If you'd like to pay a specific invoice or particular amount:
- Click the Invoices tab on the top banner to navigate to the invoice management page
- Click Pay Now on the line item you wish to pay towards.
Auto-Pay
Want to set up auto-pay and save yourself some administrative headache? You can do that from your PetDesk Billing Portal.
Before auto-pay enrollment, you must have a payment method set as your default payment.
From the PetDesk Billing Portal, activate auto-pay by following these steps:
- Click Payments on the top banner
- Click Manage Autopay in the subtab
- Mark the Enroll in Auto-Pay option button
You’re all set for auto-payment going forward.
If you'd like to disable your automatic payments, email us at billing@petdesk.com to see if you qualify. At this time, monthly customers are not eligible for manual payments.
New Payment Methods
New Card? Let's get you set up. Use the PetDesk billing portal to update payment methods, make payments, and view invoices and credits, all in one convenient portal.
From the PetDesk Billing Portal home screen:

Click Manage under the Payment Methods panel.
Your current default payment method will be displayed here.
If you currently don't have a payment method on file, you'll see a message notifying you that there is no payment method to display. -
You’ll be redirected to a new page. Click Add New Payment Method
At the pop-up window, select Credit Card Payment Info or ACH from the dropdown menu. -
Fill in the required information and click Submit.
This will automatically update your account with your new payment information. -
Set your new payment information as the default payment method, and you’re all set to use your new payment method!
