Moved recently, or switched veterinarians? Here's how to update your app to reflect your new provider.
You'll want to remove the provider card of your older location and follow the steps here.
Please note that you can permanently remove a provider card if needed. However, removing a card will not stop the reminders from a particular location. To stop those specific notifications, you must contact the provider and have them mark you as inactive in their practice management software.
You're encouraged to add your new provider card by following these quick steps in the mobile app.
