Using the Compliance Report

We know you want your patients healthy, on routine checks up, and up-to-date on their health services. Reach out personally to clients about their pet's health and get them back in the door and in compliance! PetDesk conveniently displays an actionable list of patients who remain overdue for services.

The PetDesk Compliance Report shows all "non-compliant" patients who received their final Health Service Reminder but still have not scheduled an appointment.

"non-compliant" = no scheduled appointment after 3 weeks of receiving their final Health Service Reminder.

How to use:

  1. Choose a Report Start Date
  2. Refine the report by Name or Service
    • Search for particular clients, patients, or services by name (e.g. Rabies) to narrow the results.
  3. Filter by Status to display clients yet to be contacted, already contacted, and more.
  4. Click the blue Search button
  5. Review and contact your clients

Best Practices:

  • Start with the most recent Compliance Report available
    • Prioritize contacting clients out of compliance for services such as annual exams and vaccines over fecal tests and preventatives
  • Utilize the "Not Contacted" status when making internal notes (described below) to prevent clients getting contacted multiple times

As you connect with each pet parent, use the Contact Status column to track and notate.

  • Notes entered will be saved indefinitely until they are updated here; click "view status history" to view previous notes:

  • If clients schedule and complete an appointment, they'll be automatically removed from the following week's list.
